Duke Urgent Care Knightdale

I was seen here tonight for an asthma attack related to my recent Flu diagnosis. Erica at the front desk was kind and quick to get staff to the front to help me. Kendra was thorough, caring and friendly during intake. Nurse Camilo was phenomenal at explaining the breathing treatment I quickly received. X-ray tech Kelly was helpful and explained everything she was doing, making me feel comfortable. PA Jillian was phenomenal in explaining her concerns and treatment process. Marissa helped me complete my paperwork for a take home nebulizer with ease. I would definitely come here again if I needed to receive prompt and thorough care.

The whole staff was kind and friendly. From my intake, to the nurse who took my vitals and down to the doctors who helped me in the back. Jill specifically was very gentle, quick, and personable while drawing my blood (which for me is normally a bit nerve wracking) but she made me laugh. I felt like everyone took my concerns seriously and treated me as a human being with no judgment. Take time to truly appreciate our healthcare workers who do their best to not treat us like a job but like people they care to help!

As usual, I had such a wonderful experience at this clinic! I saw Dr. Broton and she was absolutely phenomenal. She is such a sweet angle, thoroughly listened to my concerns, and provided excellent care. It was a heavenly experience. I feel completely cured by her angelic medical practice. Les, the nurse, was just as wonderful! He was thorough, knowledgeable, and just a hoot and a holler!! I can tell that he is passionate about his job! Thank you Duke Urgent Care Knightdale! I walked in with a limp and left with a smile. A second thank you to Erica for making the check-in process so simple and easy to understand. Technology can be quite confusing, but she took all the stress away. If I ever need another urgent care, this is the one I'll go to!

Every single member of the staff from the point of checking in to checking out was incredibly kind, helpful and never made us feel rushed. I think this is a lot given that my visit was on a Saturday evening on the second day of the new year and the entire world seems to have the flu right now. The facility was clean and although there were some wait times, as expected, everyone seemed very patient and understanding. I went in with severe hip pain and felt like Dr. Hart gave me and my husband sufficient time for a thorough examination. We loved that he was thoughtful with his diagnosis, very knowledgeable and considerate of questions. At the end of the exam I needed an anti-inflammatory injection and although I was initially nervous about my location preference options given my current pain

Jill was an excellent nurse. She made me feel comfortable and welcome. Reservation was timely and efficient. Natalia was knowledgeable and polite. Naan also made me feel comfortable during my xray. 10/10 recommend for illness symptoms!
