Went to this urgent care for severe dizziness and possible Covid. When I left I needed a worker to walk me to the door because I was still very weak and dizzy. 1 minute later I went to go back in because ride wasn’t there yet but the door was locked. I then proceed to flag down a nurse in the urgent care that knew I was a patient and told her the door locked behind me within seconds and if she could open it back up just until my ride came because I was so cold and still felt very dizzy. It was 30 degrees out with a real feel of less than 20 and whipping wind gusts. After telling them I couldn’t feel my arms and legs and that I felt I was going to pass out they proceeded to say no there’s nothing we can do because we are closing and shut the door on my face. On top of that the lady that I p
I now understand why this Urgent Care location has a 3.4-star rating. As a business advocate and community supporter, I don’t leave negative reviews lightly—only when an experience truly falls short. I arrived at 1:00 PM for swelling and pain in my foot. At check-in, there were only four patients in the waiting room, including myself. I was triaged promptly and asked to wait in the lobby. One patient shared they had already been waiting an hour, so I expected a delay. I briefly went across the street for about 20 minutes and returned to find my name still had not been called—no issue at that point. However, over the next two hours, I watched eight patients be taken back ahead of me, four of whom arrived and checked in after I did. One patient who arrived later for a UTI even commented th
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — If I could give 10, I would! I had the absolute best experience with Nicole Elizabeth Kremer at Duke Healthcare Urgent Care. She was truly a phenomenal provider from start to finish. She listened attentively, treated me with genuine respect and kindness, and helped me explore thoughtful, realistic options to address my concerns. I felt completely safe, understood, and comfortable in her care. What impressed me most was her competence and preparation—she reviewed my records beforehand and walked in fully informed about my history. She used the right amount of medical terminology while still speaking to me like a real person. Everything she suggested was tailored specifically to my needs, not just generic advice. And on top of all that, she added a personal touch that tra
Great experience for my two year old. Going to urgent cares can sometimes be hard but again my two year old had a great experience! Thanks for the gift!
My friend recently visited Duke Urgent Care Heritage with her two sick toddlers and was seen by Gloria Melisa Sierra, NP. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled by this provider contributed to an already overwhelming moment being blown out of proportion. My friend is pregnant, suffering from hyperemesis, and trying to manage two toddlers who were sick and fighting with each other — any parent would be overwhelmed. Instead of offering understanding or support, NP Gloria Sierra allowed an inaccurate and misleading account of the situation to move forward, which caused completely unnecessary stress for a mother who was already doing her best. To make matters worse, a CPS report was made based on the claim that she “kicked” one of the boys — something that, from her perspective, is
