Duke Primary Care Knightdale

First time at this location. I needed bloodwork done. A great experience. The woman who checked me in and the lab person who took me back and did my blood draw could not have been any nicer. I had an appointment and was taken on time. So glad I opted to go here for my bloodwork as I’ll have to go periodically while on a new drug.

The people here are absolutely amazing!! The customer service is exceptional!! Strangely enough, I actually look forward to going to the doctor’s office because I know that I’m going to be taken care of with the utmost care!!!😎

I’ve been a patient of Duke Primary Care for 10 years. Have there been hiccups along the way, absolutely. However, that is expected at any facility because we’re all human and mistakes will be made. The length of time that I’ve been a patient speaks volumes about the care I receive. I’ve had to switch providers 3 times during my tenure, but I have been seeing Jennifer Thomas for close to 4 years now. I must say that it has been the best decision I’ve made over these last 10 years of my life. The care I receive from Jennifer is EXCEPTIONAL! I’ve been diagnosed with 2 different diseases/illnesses, and she has taken my hand and walked with me during the difficult journey. This was not the first bad experience with this provider. I have had appointments canceled the day of both in person and video visits. Today I was driving to my lab appt and while driving received a phone call advising me that Jennifer Thomas did not submit an order for my blood tests. The office was unable to contact Ms. Thomas and my appt was canceled. Luckily I was just around the corner from my house and drove back home. The office was totally unaware that I had a physical appt for next Monday. I am so disgusted and displeased, I canceled the physical. I will not return to this provider and am now searching for a primary care provider.
