I like the doctors. But this place has gotten so huge that the wait time is ridiculous. I often have to take half of the day off if I have an appointment because I never know how long I am going to have to wait to be seen. One way to fix this would be to take the OBGYN upstairs and also make it for pediatrics or at least birth -5 years, since this practice serves all age groups

Had to schedule new patient visit so far in advance I couldn't be sure I could get the day off. When I had to reschedule I was punished by being rescheduled 7 months later. Also, was told that the doctor may not be seeing new patients before that. So if I reschedule again, which I probably will, I will have no doctor.

Leanne PA and Davette (I’m sorry if I spelled incorrectly) were amazing! I was seen for possible strep or upper respiratory, Davette was calm and comforting, she covid swabbed me and I told her I haven’t been strep swabbed since I was a kid and I was pretty nervous. She was reassuring and she was as gentle and quick as ever strep swabbing me. I was amazed how quick and easy it was! Leanne PA came in, heard my complaints, asked detailed questions and diagnosed me for sinus infection. She examined my face and cheeks and I actually felt pressure in my cheekbones and never knew it! I’ve always previously had a sinus infection but it never felt as severe as what I was experiencing. Leanne prescribed me antibiotics and cough medication for when I lay down and sleep. Went for a routine checkup for the first time. The doctor who saw me was quite cold and was not empathetic in any way. 👎🏻

This clinic is one of the best I've ever visited. First off, everyone is incredibly kind, patient and considerate. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and it is usually possible to schedule an appointment for the next day as long as you have no doctor preference. And lastly, there is always a nurse available to talk to you incase you have questions before scheduling an appointment or after scheduling one and still have additional questions. I have not had any negative experiences with any staff, nurses, or doctors. I think the others that have given the negative reviews might have used a broad brush.
