The receptionist told me not to call back and refused to let me speak to a supervisor about her attitude towards the practice contacting the insurance company and changing whether or not they were accepting new patients on their insurance provider information. She had the audacity to argue with me, even though all I was asking was a little bit of open communication between them and the insurance provider so patients know whether or not we had access to care, but that apparently is not the job of somebody working in customer service to service the customer. This is the most accommodating and friendliest dentist office I have ever had the pleasure of finding. My mom is 92 and this is the second time she has had an urgent problem and they were able to fit her in the same day. They staff and doctors are exceptional! It is a clean and covid safe office too.

After being a patient for at least 10 years and for the most part satisfied with service and professionalism of the office. I recently questioned a bill I received where they charged me for a check up after my 2nd cleaning for the year. I didn't realize that the insurance allows 2 cleanings per year but only 1 check up. I was both unhappy with the practice and the insurance company on this policy. I was told at the desk that if I was not happy with the practice policy I could go somewhere else. I found this insulting and really poor customer service. 2 days later I received a letter that included my records and stating that I was no longer a patient and I should find another dentist. I’ve been coming to this practice about a year now. I am totally satisfied with both of the dentists here. They make me feel very comfortable. I just went today for a permanent filling for my root canal. Dr. Ward explained everything. If you’re looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go.
