Dr. Mark Jensen advertises that he has 30+ years of experience, however he has either forgotten how to read a patient's chart or doesn't seem to bother. He is much more interested in talking about himself during a patient visit than listening to the concerns/questions of the people who are relying on him to aide with making vital medical decisions. Also don't bother if you need healthcare paperwork completed by his office. He is extremely hard to get a hold of. It took two weeks to have POA paperwork signed by his office which would've been helpful for the 2 hospital visits that took place during that time. Seems like the only solution he has to any problem is prescribing pills, even if they have a history of being harmful to that person. Would not recommend going to this office for any re

I’ve been seeing Dr. Matt Jenson for over two years and Dr. Mark Jenson before this for several years. They took the time to listen and understand my issues and then provided treatment options unlike the mega clinics that check the boxes. I highly recommend Dousman Clinic and all of its providers.

My wife and I are both patients if the the Doctor’s Jenson. Both Mark, and now his son Matt, are so incredibly caring about their patients it brings back to my mind the day of the doctors that would make house calls. They deeply care about your well being and put themselves out there for their clients as much as is practically humanly possible. My wife had a case of shingles, that morphed into Ramsey Hunt syndrome, and they instantly diagnosed it and within hours she was receiving treatment. Were it not for their fantastically rapid response, based on my research, she may have not recovered from the RHS and would have half of her face been paralyzed for the rest of her life. Now, just 3 weeks later, it’s almost completely unnoticeable and her face functions completely normally. God Bl

We have been seeing Dr. Jenson for over 20+ years. He pays attention what your have to say. He's got answers to your questions. He's a very good Dr. The staff are very friendly and considerate. Thank him for his Service, he deserves it. From 1 Vet "Viet Nam Era" to another, Thank You very much.

I got kicked out because I was too sick. Not exactly what I would call a great experience from the doctor. Spends too much time on his iPad reporting your symptoms to the government and not enough time listening to what you have to say. If you plan on having a physical you better plan 6 to 8 months in advance because that’s how long it takes to get in to see the guys.
