Dr. Harrell, I am writing the negative review regarding my first visit to your office on December 2, 2025, which was scheduled as a routine checkup and cleaning after learning that my wife’s and my previous dentist was no longer in network with our insurance and that your office was. During my visit, the dental hygienist informed me that the measurements on all four of my back teeth were between 5–7 and that a deep cleaning/descaling would be required. When I spoke with the front desk following my appointment, I was told the cost would be $223 per tooth. I was also told by the receptionist she would contact my insurance provider to determine coverage and follow up with me regarding the final cost. There was no mention at all that the insurance company would follow up with me pertaining to

What a wonderful experience I had today. I recently relocated here and needed a new dentist. What a blessing to visit this office. The doctor was knowledgeable, personable and thorough. What a great education in dentistry he has! His staff and assistant were so pleasant to work with as well. I highly recommend this dentist if you are looking for a great dentist that truly cares.
