Doctors MedCare of Fort Payne PC

Found ourselves needing another urgent care visit for our sick child. The place I went to on Monday isn't open on weekends, so we stopped by this facility today. I am a bit concerned due to the negative reviews of this place. The staff here were extremely prompt and quick with check-in and care. The nurses were kind, and the doctor here is the sweetest man. Very sweet and kind people here. Glad we came here and got our kiddo taken care of. Did I mention how clean and tidy this place is?? Thanks guys for your assistance today and I truly hope more people pitch in to give good, honest reviews because ya'll deserve it!

Receptionist was rude Nurses were rude and it took 4 to draw blood Doctor was rude and flat out ignorant. I was in a car accident, he took a few X-rays and said I was good to go back to work after a week. I went back to him before the week was up and said my knee and chest hurt horribly. My entire right side was bruised, I also wanted him to take a look at an odd rash that was forming on the left side of my torso and my hand. First of all he said, quite curt, “you are fine, go back to work, nothing is wrong with you” and then when I asked him to look at my rash he just yelled, yes YELLED “ it’s not cancer” This came as quite a shock as I never eluded to the rash as cancer, I just wanted to know what it was and how to rid myself of it. I am a Navy veteran who hates going to the doctor, but I came in due to a severe throat/upper respiratory infection that wasn’t getting better on its own. I was immediately seen, labs performed painlessly and quickly, and given treatment and prescription. They were SO kind and helpful and understanding. It made my anxiety almost non existent, and I’m already beginning to feel better!! Thank you so much!!!!

The staff was so kind Christie and Kailey (so sorry if I misspelled) were kind, efficient, and helpful. Rhonda was also very helpful and the visit did not take long at all. Thank you all!

Came down with an allergic reaction to poison ivy for the first time in my 53 years. They were wonderful and quick. Got my shot and prescription in about 30 minutes. I will definitely be going back if I am in need. Thank you for such good care
