Doctors Dermatology in Weslaco, Texas is amazing! The dermatologists are excellent and very professional. Jacky, who helped us, explained everything clearly and treated us with so much kindness. The service was excellent from start to finish, and they accepted our medical insurance with no problem. We highly recommend this clinic!!!

People stay away from this clinic. Do your research and look for another. I had a very bad experience as I received no treatment for my skin condition. It felt like all they were interested in billing my insurance and charging my co-pay. On my first visit, doctor advise me that my condition may or may not go away… no treatment. On my follow-up visit , upon their request and set up, the doctor did not even sit down (in the room for 23 seconds) and only said the same thing. I was why even call me in for a follow up. They just wanted to bill my insurance and co-pay. I’m planning to file a complaint, call my credit card advise no treatment and advise my insurance about the situation.

We have been to the practice in Weslaco 2 times prior to today’s visit and have always had great care/service. Todays visit was above and beyond what I call phenomenal service. Thank you to Valeria for taking great care of my daughter.

EXCELLENT STAFF and PA. My husband had an appointment and I was able to accompany him when called in. I have nothing bad to say about the staff or the PA. Unfortunately we did not get to meet the Doctor but honestly didn’t have to, the PA was more then Excellent, Amazing. He walked in introduced himself and listened to my husband’s concerns. He then examined him throughly taking his time to where my husband was able to understand what was happening. The waiting time was normal as in any other office. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR, VERY NICE STAFF and EXCELLENT DOCTOR.

I've had so many problems since the very beginning. They are not in order. Have had tests for my daughter that apparently wasn't even needed. The schedule was off on her medication so it took longer for it to be taken and now apparently the referral was expired but I wasn't told at last visit or even prior
