Was on hold for 22 minutes to try to make first appointment. Never got a hold of anyone. Attempted to log in to MyChart and called Mychart help desk. Tried to make an account with Virginia Mason. No account can be created and appointments cannot be made until an initial appointment is made with Virginia Mason.....*OVER THE PHONE.* If they are that busy, they should update their system so new patients can sign up for appointments more easily.
