Can't say enough about how happy we were with the treatment we received! Dr Pardo and her staff were always friendly and very informative every step of the way! Unfortunately we started our daughter's braces at a different office and ended up unhappy when we made the switch. Wish we had started here first.

I have been a client at the Eliot St office in Ashland for sometime now and just finished my Invisalign work with Dr. Pardo (Wear your retainers after braces!). I am very pleased with the process I went through from consultation to completion while using the Invisalign product with Dr. Pardo. I regularly meet with clients throughout the day and to my knowledge no customer noticed anything different about my speech nor if I had anything on my teeth. It would have been awkward having braces on again at my age and I am glad I was able to fix my smile without using braces. I am very happy with the results and I would highly recommend giving Dr. Pardo's office a call if you are looking for a great orthodontist and/or a second opinion - you will not regret it!

We cannot say we had a good experience. My daughter and wife met with Dr. Pardo and a plan was set in place. My wife provided her with a down payment to start the process. My daughter had her molds taken and we waited, and waited and waited for the treatment to start. Finally the call came, not to tell us she was ready with the Invisalign but to tell us that she was moving, that all of the records were reviewed and the same course of treatment along with costs were accepted by another orthodontist. We learned that nothing had been started though we were strung along. We learned from this other orthodontist that the price was not agreed upon and there was an increase of $1200. We also learned that the molds taken months earlier and the records were never transferred over and that new

Dr. Pardo and her entire staff rate an easy 5 gold stars. Both of my sons had their braces done by Dr. Pardo and the results were excellent. And beyond the results, our experience was outstanding. Dr. Pardo or one of her assistants patiently explained every step of the treatment plan as we went along, before, during, and when the braces came off. I can’t say enough good things about this team and I would recommend Dr. Pardo without hesitation. It also speaks volumes that as I sat in the waiting area waiting during adjustments for one or the other of my sons I would quite frequently see a friend or two bringing their kids in as well. Ruined my childhood and my teeth. I would be extremely surprised to hear if she actually studied orthodontistry.
