I have had a wonderful experience with dry needling on my lower back at Crossroads PT in Ashland with Dr. Ashley Pirrone. The session started with a thorough explanation of what dry needling is, how it targets muscle trigger points and the sensations that you will feel. Throughout the entire treament Ashley maintained clear communication checking on my comfort level and explaining her process. Ashley is precise and gentle with the needles. I would highly recommend for anyone considering dry needling.

I can't recommend Crossroads PT enough! The entire team is fantastic and great at what they do. I needed some help with a knee issue so was there weekly for months. Everyone is very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Each time you come in, the entire staff knows your name and why you're there - you'll instantly feel welcome and comfortable with this group. And you'll definitely see quick improvement to whatever PT you're getting.

I am so thankful for finding Joe and Ashley at crossroads physical therapy. They had such a wonderful approach to multiple issues that I had, systematically and patiently tackling them. Dr. Ashely Traniello was nothing short of exceptional when I had a minor meniscus tear a week before a big race. She was patient with my many questions, gave me a detailed overview of what was going on with my knee, and provided a comprehensive recovery plan with exercises. With her help, I was able to complete my race I trained months for. I can not recommend this practice enough!
