Ashland Family Dental PC

I have decided that I no longer will be coming here anymore for dental needs. The first few times I came here it was nearly impossible to find the correct room. It is in a sketchy office building, which is not necessarily their fault, but there are no signs in the building and nobody told me prior to my first appointment where to go. The actual office and the visit was pretty normal, nothing special and was fine and content with continuing going there but unfortunately I just can not stand the receptionist Deb. She's and older woman and appears to come off very friends but always ends up becoming impatient and rude. They also need a better scheduling system because they are always calling my cell phone with Deb angry asking why I haven't been answering their calls when I work a full time j

I called Ashland Family Dental to schedule an appointment for a chipped tooth since my usual dentist could not get me in until the following week. The receptionist was extremely kind and quickly got me scheduled and made sure I knew where the office was located. I was nervous to go to a new dentist but thought, hey the receptionist was kind and professional this will be fine. I could not have been more wrong. Upon arriving to Ashland Family Dental I walked into a beat up office building with barely any directions on what floor each office was located. After searching to find the office I found the friendly receptionist. After filling out my paperwork I entered a rough dentist room with the chair practically on the floor. Great Family Dental Office. Dr Almaawi is so nice and his staff is so efficient. Affordable and payment plans if needed. Dr Almaawi is a good dentist, explains everything so you understand. The staff can be reached at all times and works well with everyone’s schedules. They also can answer all questions. Oh yea, no pain office!!!

Incompetent dentist. Overhung a crown way over the side of my lower right.i couldn't see it .another dentist told me several yrs later. 1 key chewing teeth removed, another may have to be. stay away. Asian female dentist. I forget the name. Stay away!

Dr. Almaawi is great, the staff is welcoming and understanding. Cheryl and all the girls at the front desk are so helpful.
