Dr. Masterpol is truly the best. She is caring, thoughtful, and kind. Everything I want in a dermatologist and more! She made sure I was comfortable and safe the whole visit which I have never experienced at other places. I drive over an hour to see her because I know I will never find anyone even close to how amazing she is! Cannot recommend her enough! As a young women she totally understands me and is so knowledgeable about all different issues related to skin. Schedule an appointment with her and you will not regret it!!!

Dr. Masterpol is the best. She is kind, caring, dedicated and thorough. We are so lucky to have such an intelligent and thoughtful doctor in our area.

I have been seeing Dr Masterpol for over 10 years for skin cancer. Her genuine concern is evident the moment she enters the room. She is thorough in her examination and treatment, but she always takes the time to ask about my well being in general and the well being of my family. Her staff is super friendly and helpful and I have never had a negative experience. I highly recommend Dr Masterpol and Dermphysicians.

Doctor Lihi Tzur and her whole team were/are absolutely perfect, kind, caring knowledgeable and sympathetic!! Dr. Tzur is amazingly brilliant at her profession! I couldn’t have gotten better, or more professional help than I did at DER PHYSICIANS of New England in Woburn! Thank you very much for giving me back my quality of life! Dr. Tzur is the worst. The other low one star reviews are accurate and mirror my experience. If I could give zero stars , I would. Go anywhere else.. would not even go here as a last resort . My experience is at the Burlington location but management needs to step up their patient care and customer service. If they need money so bad just start a Gofundme.
