Really great experience overall. My appointment was at 2pm and they took me back right on time, which I really appreciated. Everyone was friendly and professional. Madison, the PA, was warm and welcoming, gave me multiple treatment options, and took the time to answer all my questions. During checkout, Emily was very helpful explaining the payment charges and options and made sure I understood everything. Definitely a smooth and positive visit.

I have been a patient at the Dermatology and Skin Care Center for a few years now, and the service they provide is exceptional! One of my best friends and esthetician both have gone here for years and recommended their office to me. Sam at the front was so helpful and kind. I also really appreciate that when I was in the same building a few days before my appointment, Sam checked previous products I used and wrote them down and went to go get samples of these products. Today at my appointment, Sam was so helpful with answering all my questions and needs and going the extra mile. Jennifer, who is my PA who checked my skin is so knowledgeable and was able to recommend products and prescribe prescriptions that my skin needed! I saw Madison today (and Chelsea) and they were both INCREDIBLE. Genuinely the nicest, most professional and friendly medical professionals I have ever been to!! Highly recommend for any skin-related issues or procedures!

What a wonderful experience! From the front desk staff, my provider & medical assistants, to Emily at check out, I was so pleased by the customer service. I appreciate that, along with good care, pleasant dispositions and helpful attitudes are obviously a priority at this office. Thank you! It makes a difference!

I couldn’t find the location. I called to let them know I was having issues finding their place as a first time new patient. The lady on the phone said that was fine and to come on up. When I got there I was told that I wouldn’t been seen per the provider. I called again after leaving the building bc absolutely no internet. I had my toddler w me and I tried so so hard to get to my appointment . I will never ever come to this place again or recommend anyone to come here. I was treated so poorly by the front desk. *a response to the “Practice Manager” Amanda* First of all I was a new patient & so was my daughter. I had to cancel her appointment bc she had an AP Chem exam so no, I in fact have never been there. My husband has been there a couple of times. My other children haven’t been there
