Dentists' Office of The Hudson Valley

The office has state of the art equipment and is clean and pleasant. The staff is very nice but this place seems very understaffed and poorly managed. Went there with a broken tooth for my first appointment. I'm retried and have dental insurance though my old union. They did xrays and said I needed a consult for the broken tooth. The dentist met with me but never looked in my mouth. I was told I needed a consult with the oral surgeon and they happened to have an opening that day. I saw the oral surgeon later the same day and they did a full scan and he said I needed to come back for the xtraction but never looked in my mouth. I was told everything would be covered under my insurance. I went to book the extraction and also a cleaning. They had no cleaning appointments for over a ye

I have not been to a dentist in 30 years. From the front desk to the back. Everyone made me feel comfortable and eased any fear, especially my Xray lady. She was wonderful. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond for me. I appreciate you all . Not bad with only 3 cavities !! Yay!!

My daughter and I both have been going to The Dentist Office for a decade. We always leave with squeaky, sparkling, clean teeth. Our hygienist Christina is WONDERFUL! She always makes our trip in enjoyable and very personable. Shes takes her time and explains everything she’s doing. So thankful for her!

I cannot recommend this dentist. I arrived at 3:55 for a 4 PM appointment where I thought I was scheduled to have an exam and cleaning. After 10 minutes of x-rays starting at 4:15 PM, the dentist finally arrived to do my examination at 5 PM with no explanation or apology that I was kept waiting for so long. It was only then that I found out that I would need to schedule a separate appointment for a cleaning. On top of that, the office was run-down and seemed dirty, with discarded gloves and broken pieces of equipment on the floor in my exam room. In addition, the staff are not at all discrete, talking loudly about patients and their own hourly pay rates where all of the patients can hear. I expect far more professionalism from my dentist.

I had my initial visit to establish as a new patient here today it was awesome! Dr. Kim was so nice, professional, and had great bedside manner. Judy was helpful and assisted me when I had questions about treatment planning and x-rays. So happy to be at this practice and look forward to receiving further care at this facility and the excellent front office staff as well!!
