Dentists of Stone Oak and Orthodontics

Most of the appointment was great. From the dentist to the office and registration, all was great. HOWEVER, my experience with the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was most unsatisfactory. He polished my teeth first. When he flossed my teeth, he did the top just fine. But when he did my lower jaw he skipped many teeth. He probably flossed between 8 teeth rather than each tooth. Also there was no scraping tarter off at all.

I Loveeeee this place! I had a dental extraction today (wide awake). The customer CARE and professionalism was top tier. My tooth was extracted so fast that I wanted to hug everyone in the room. Each step of process was explained to me & it didn’t take an extention amount of time to start the extraction. Most importantly, they didn’t price gouge while presenting me with dental care options. To top it all off, there was soft music playing (which was optional), and I hummed J.T. the whole way through! Lol

Dr Taj and Sam are the dynamic duo! You won’t hate going to the dentist with these two by your side! They give you undivided attention and ensure you have the best experience in the seat. I highly recommend coming to Dentists of Stone Oak. I’ve been a patient for years and recommend friends and family.

This place is FANTASTIC. They sure saved me today on many fronts today. For starters, I had an old filling fall out last night and they were able to get me in today for a noon appointment. In a moment of stupidity, I opted against eating before my appointment (wanted clean teeth for the dentist🤣) and for whatever reason, I assumed it would be a quick fix appointment. Well, turned out I had a growing cavity behind the missing filling and required a crown. I was STARVING about 45 minutes in and the sweet staff fed me snacks while Dr. Taj made my crown in-house. Now, I’m not completely blind to all things dental because my husband is a periodontist, but the service and crown I received went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. 2nd visit on 5/5. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great service by Dr. Atkinson, Eriq, Ralph, Charity, and Celeste. This is the team you want working on your teeth! Looks like I've found my new dentist in San Antonio! Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
