When we first started here Dr. Jessica was great. While she was transitioning out of this office(can’t imaging why..) they would frequently reschedule appointments. My daughter did very well with her, she took her time with her and would allow her to remove teeth and do work no problem. I asked to be only be scheduled with her and regardless one day they didn’t make me aware she wasn’t coming back and had a male doctor in her place. My daughter spazzed and has since had issues since with going back. The last doctors we have seen continue to rush you through your visit supposedly there to help special needs kids but not willing to take the time to help them through the appointment and just want to rush cleaning and procedures to get into the next room. We’ve been bringing our children to this dental office for several years and have always appreciated the care they once received. Unfortunately, the quality of service and professionalism have declined sharply over the past few visits, culminating in a deeply concerning experience on Tuesday, October 7. During my son’s appointment to have a cavity filled, the dental assistant was visibly ill, repeatedly rubbing her nose and face throughout the visit while handling instruments that went directly into my son’s mouth. To make matters worse, she never changed her gloves once during the entire procedure, and her mask was worn incorrectly—leaving her nose completely exposed the entire time. I brought my daughter to this practice for many years and she has had a number of procedures done with this office and never had an issue until recently. First issue I had was I waited a year for my daughter to get schedule for an in hospital procedure and they called me two weeks prior to her appt and said she has adult teeth and we can not see her because she has adult teeth (she’s 13) so after waiting a year I was left high and dry with my child in pain so I went to another dentist and called and spoke with Laura and asked that her records be sent to the new dentist office and her I am at the appointment and she never sent the X-rays over so I had to pay out of pocket to have them redone so hopefully I can get my child seen as soon as possible to have the work done that needs to be done

I need to leave a review because they continue to come up in my search for a decent dental group that can accommodate my child with autism. We left this practice because the hygienists and Dr. both alike had terrible bedside manner. They were very impatient. They didn’t take the time to explain or talk my son through anything that you would normally do with someone whom has autism. They were very pushy, had an attitude, no compassion, patience, and this happened every time we went. I threw in the towel when I finally took my younger daughter here and they treated her the same way. I wouldn’t ever recommend this practice to anyone with a child on the spectrum or rather any child for that matter. Seeing a dentist should not be traumatic.

The staff and dentist were all very nice. It was my autistic daughters first successful dentist appointment. She isn't the most cooperative child, and they knew what approach to take and handled everything very professionally. We're so glad to have found a facility with an experienced and patient staff. I will be switching all of my children to this practice, and this is a 45 minute drive for us!
