The front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate my whole family on the same day, which I truly appreciated—it made everything so convenient and stress-free. The dentist was very thorough and patient, taking the time to clearly explain every step of the procedure and answer all of our questions. I never felt rushed, and it really helped build trust and comfort. What also stood out was their high-end, modern technology. The staff is always friendly. I've been a patient for over 20 years with the same dental plan coverage. The hygienist always checks prior to performing optional services and verifies that it IS covered in my plan 100%. However, when checking out each year, the receptionist states she's unable to see it's covered and attempts to bill me and collect a fee. The hygienist had to come tell her it's completely covered yet she still insisted on charging me but will accept a lower rate. She said my plan must have changed this year, it did not. I have since put the app on my phone for her review. I suggest you bring a copy of yours. The manager agreed to take care of it. I'll update this if I get an invoice. Then the receptionist said, "you have a balance". I told her that I never carry

I’m so happy I found Dental One of Waldorf! From the front desk staff to Dr. Kameka, the hygienist Kelly, and even the assistant who took my X-rays, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I tend to have a lot of questions, and they took the time to answer all of them thoroughly while making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. They truly helped ease my anxiety about returning to the dentist. I’m so glad I chose this office.

The experience with Dental One was great! All of the staff were friendly and eager to help especially the front receptionist and the dental hygenist. I wasn’t waiting long at all to be seen. The treatment plan that the dentist Dr. Kemeka laid out for me was straightforward and all the pricing was shown so there wouldn’t be any surprises. Nothing the dentist recommended felt unnecessary. The dental hygienist and receptionist both checked with me to see if I had any questions or concerns before I left and I felt that level of care was excellent. I feel comfortable making this my dental office going forward.

I had three fillings done today, and surprisingly—it was an enjoyable experience! The staff was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit.
