Dental Elements of Webster

I went to the Webster office happy that there was a place that accepted MassHealth. The staff is very friendly however I was told I needed multiple root canals that I do not believe I actually needed as well as fillings that fell out shortly after getting them done. The root canals were done and received crowns all but 1 of the crowns have fallen off. I went there simply for a cleaning and regular exam and now I will probably need to get dentures because they completely ruined my teeth. I will NEVER go back there or recommend them to anyone. Also, when one of my crowns fell off I went in to have them put it back on and told them that the tooth had rotted under the crown (which is not normal if done correctly, I used to work in a dental office so I know) but they were just going to put the

My experience with this practice was nothing short of chaotic and unprofessional. From the moment I called Spencer’s office, I was scheduled for what I believed was a routine appointment, only to later be told I needed to go to Webster for an "emergency appointment." However, when I contacted Webster, they had no knowledge of this arrangement and informed me that Spencer was the office with availability. Webster then scheduled me back at Spencer, only for Spencer to tell me in person that there were scheduling issues and they weren’t sure why I had been sent there. While they did ultimately see me, the disorganization was concerning from the start. Once I was seen—briefly, for less than 10 minutes—the exam was minimal. I have been seeing Dr. Khushbu for a few months now and I would highly recommend her. I was nervous about the root canal and crown I had put in, but the whole process was quick and painless! I had no pain or problems after the numbing wore off either which was great too. She has been a huge help and is always flexible with scheduling. Her staff is knowledgeable and very friendly and they explained each of the procedures I had done very well. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

Dr. K is truly amazing, she is kind and gentle and the warmest dentist I've ever met. She's extracted a wisdom tooth, done a root canal, fixed a filling and did a deep cleaning all PAIN FREE for me! She's magic and everyone should go see her, truly, you won't regret it!

I had an amazing experience at Dental elements in Webster! I have had 3 root canal’s done elsewhere and they were miserable! This dentist was amazing I only felt a little bit with the initial novacain and that was it… it was actually a very relaxing experience and she’s very gentle. I wish I had found her years ago!
