First time at the dentist in years and years. I went to my first visit and they gave me a list of things that needed to be done. Then my second appointment I had to get major work done today and they did great. I feel that the dentist is so experienced that he does his job extremely comfortable and with ease. Anyways it was definitely a great place even tho the work I was getting done was not fun.

Wrong Tooth!! - replaced crown on wrong tooth! Went back the next week for the correct tooth and I was charged again! To top it off, I had already maxed out my insurance on the wrong tooth, so I had even more out of pocket expense than the first crown. It’s really sad, because I love & trust Dr. Dennard and all the staff.

I have used Dental Arts of Bay City for a number of years Each visit has good results. Office environment pleasing. Dental hygienist top of the line. Dr. Dennard very thorough, patient and explains things well. Very helpful atmosphere. Today infact was day after hurricane Beryl We had no power where I live. Staff let me charge my cell phone at my appointment time and my watch. I was very grateful. They went above and beyond.

I became a new patient at Bay City Dental Arts today........after having gone to another office in Bay City near Walmart and walking out.....completely unprofessional. I'm so glad I chose Dental Arts...they are very professional and timely and very comforting if your someone who doesn't like the dentist.....I was only there for a cleaning but I have to say that in 5 years, hands down the best cleaning.......I'm not saying that I haven't had a cleaning in 5 years. This was the very best cleaning! Highly recommend Dental Arts of Bay City Texas. I won't go anywhere else now!
