Rude staff, only acknowledges the men. Literally stood there for 5 min while 2 staff members were obviously enjoying their conversation about dating than to acknowledge a potential patient. When they decided to adress me, I asked about becoming a patient, the lady went to get the paper but apparently got lost because she left me standing there until my boyfriend was done with his apt and I left with nothing.They were rude when I called to ask follow up questions for my boyfriends teeth. I do not recommend.

I scheduled a new patient appointment 8 months ago and when I came in this morning they had no record of my appointment and refused to help me out in anyway. The office manager was too busy eating her McDonald’s and drinking coffee to even look up from her breakfast to apologize or even offer to reschedule! I waited 8 months and now have to start over at another office and wait for another long amount of time. Nice job! Have to say service is not this places strongest suit!

Awful staff. Does not take into concern that sometimes things may come up. The dentist himself is the best dentist I have been to, but that is outweighted by the poor manners of the very rude staff, especially the receptionist that is there you when you first walk in the door.

The front desk woman with the long brunette hair makes me uncomfortable. In short, discourteous, impolite, surprisingly offensive, inconsiderate & tactless. Dentist know his stuff tho! ✌️
