IRMC at Chestnut Ridge UrgiCare

I was there today and it was one of the absolute worst experiences I’ve ever had and I was sick and uncomfortable basically in misery and they did absolutely nothing for me and didn’t even listen to what I was telling them and asking them totally disrespectful service and I will never make the mistake of going there ever again

So for the past few days I was debating going to urgicare and was going ro wait to see my pcp. No regrets. All the ladies at urgicare were very sweet to me.i was miserable and in pain. They did everything to help me find out what was wrong and had great personalities. Thank you ladies!

Only doing one star because zero isn’t an option. Asked over and over several times for a grievance form or a phone number to a higher up and they wouldn’t give me one I kept asking and they told me go into My room that I left from to get the number and go home n they’ll get it n bring it in. I did exactly that and they come back with NO number and continue to go on to try to talk about the situation with me. I talk with them about it against my wishes to hear them out and still in the end want the number and ask yet again. They still wouldn’t provide it to me and told me that they would reach out to them for me and give them my contact information. I find that ridiculous in itself. Denying me a grievance form or any kind of resource to go above them speaks volumes in itself, and if someo

Woke up with poison ivy on my face, arms and legs on Monday memorial day and knew my doctor wasn’t in. Decided to go to IRMC at Chestnut Ridge for the 1st time and was very happy with the service. Everyone there was very pleasant and very knowledgeable and was meeting all of my expectation. I was seen right away without a wait and they took their time with me. A huge shout out to Dr Shannon, Tom McDowell CRNP, Miranda RN and Marty & Mel. This will always be my first choice if I ever need urgent care again!

I was impressed with Blairsville location.i always have better luck at this location.very respectful, Doctor was very good.
