the receptionists are terribly rude and do not know how to do their jobs. i did not have a car at the time and my husband works out of state. i got a ride with me and my baby to pick my oldest son up from school to go to his appointment, wait for like an hour to be told we are not on the schedule even though i had the appointment confirmed and in my calendar for that day. they said they are shortstaffed and must have messed up and couldnt see him. they would not even give him a school excuse either since they technically didnt see him. they did the same thing to my husband when he took off work to go there. they always use the excuse that they are short staffed. it is bs. this place is a joke. do not go there if you can help it.

I've only been here twice for regular cleanings, but both times the hygienist was very good, & she and the entire staff was friendly. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly.

Was there the first time last month not impressed at all rude receptionist i say ok let give it another try…was there today and the level of negativity was insane. I had never felt so discriminated because of my health insurance the negativity that i got from the staff and doctor is sad / basically where not doing anything for you because you don’t have cash to spend and your insurance sucks that’s the impression that i got from the doctor and the other rude lady giving me prices. I went to Reilly Dental while I lived in Pa, they suggested extracting my upper teeth for an upper denture and during the extraction the dentist there fractured my upper jaw in the front. They still continued to fit me while my jaw was fractured and it was extremely painful and uncomfortable. Every visit I tried to explain how painful my upper jaw was and that blowing my nose was excruciatingly painful as well. They still continued to move forward with fitting the denture to the jaw that was trying to heal. When I said it hurt as the dentist pressed on my gum to do the fitting he told me “ohh you’re just more sensitive than most” not acknowledging the possibility of any problem. Getting teeth pulled and dentures here in 2 weeks. So far they were nice to me, but these reviews really have me worried. I'm gonna keep it at a 3 and based on my experience change it accordingly. Wish me luck. UPDATE Had my appointment. Absolutely no pain when pulling my teeth. There was pressure, yes, but no pain. Doc was very kind. Staff was very kind. Everything was clean. I am disappointed that I have to go back to have my molars taken out. But that's fine. It's only a week. But I'd say my experience was def. 4.7/5.0 stars. I don't get the complaints from people. It's a dentist, not a day spa.
