Dell Children's - Rheumatology Mueller

Dr. Rosemary Peterson at Dell Children’s Rheumatology is phenomenal and I consider myself lucky to be a patient of hers. She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I am a physician and actually had the pleasure of training with her during residency, so I knew firsthand my son would be in great hands. She addressed all of my concerns as well as my (non physician!) husband’s. Also, her staff is great too. There are two locations (double check the address before!) and I accidentally went to the wrong location. The office was so helpful and still got me in later the same day.

I had a bit of trouble making an appointment because the staff wouldn’t let me until all of my son’s medical records had been received. Dr. Orrock was also booked out for a couple of months, so we had to wait. Once we got into the office, though, everything went smoothly. Dr. Orrock spent so much time with us, listening to me describe my son’s health and the treatments he has received. She created a detailed plan and discussed it with me. She even contacted three of his other doctors to discuss his health and her recommendations, as well as another specialist not on my son’s medical team in order to discuss his case. Dr. Orrock helped me find a laboratory on my way back home so my son could get lab work done before we headed to our home outside of Austin. Since my son’s appointment, Dr. Or

Dr Peterson is one of the best. She is always pleasant, but also clear and realistic. We are so thankful for her care of our son. She takes a genuine interest in her patients - remembering details about their lives. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

We were referred to Dell by our PCP and had a wonderful experience. My child was addressed directly and respectfully. The resident and physician (Dr. Do) were great asking questions and answering ours without any condescension and with genuine care. 10/10
