I can’t say enough good things about this specific location. Bringing our 5-month-old in for a blood draw to test for allergies was nerve-wracking, but the staff immediately put both of us at ease. They were so kind, patient, and gentle, with truly superb bedside manner. They moved calmly and quickly, and somehow made the entire blood draw completely painless for my baby. The friendliness and genuine care they showed meant the world to us as parents. I’m incredibly grateful and would highly recommend this location, especially to families with young children.

Second time here. My daughter fears anything to do with doctors or needles. We always have a good experience, and a smooth process at this location. Nurses were patient with my child trying to ease her anxiety. I don't mind driving long distance as long as my child is comfortable. Heather attended us today. She is super friendly, helpful, patient, attentive, and did a great job. Update Third time here, process still pretty smooth, staff friendly and very patient with my child who still hates needles and gets really anxious. They still get it done with care and a lot of patience. Santos was the one who attended us today. He tried his best to help my daughter stay calm. As long as my insurance covers and my child needs lab work, I will keep coming back. Thank you! 🙂

We recently had to bring our one-year-old son in for a blood draw, and I was honestly dreading it—but Maria and Sulema (I hope I am spelling her name correctly!) were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly fast, gentle, and so professional. The whole process was over before we knew it—writing this review has taken longer than the actual blood draw! As soon as they gave him a lollipop afterward, he lit right up and was instantly happy again. Thank you, Maria and Sulema, for making what could have been a stressful moment feel quick and easy. You’re wonderful!

***UPDATE*** Unfortunately I have to take my 5 star review back. My daughters doctor's office called to ask if we went to get her blood work done, I let them I had and they said they called and there was no record of her getting it done. Her doctor called repeatedly and no one would answer, I called and left voicemails, no answer or call back. We were going to have to get her blood drawn again because no one would answer the phone and tell us what happened. Our doctor's office finally found out(after jumping through many hoops) that our daughter's blood had been sent to the wrong lab. Thankfully we found out before we took her to get it done again. I understand mistakes happen but at the very least you could answer the phone or call someone back. I do not recommend this place. It's very di

I had a fantastic experience here today. I brought my 2 year old after a very traumatizing experiment at a CPL location. I was very upset and nervous to put my daughter through another blood draw. The team reassured me immediately that we could all do it together. Aubrey (I believe was his name) and Harper were so professional and amazing with my little one. They did a quick, painless draw and had us out the door fast. I’m so grateful to them for making this easy on my toddler.
