Dell Children's Medical Center Visitor's Parking

On Tuesday 11/12 my 5 year old daughter had an appt at Dell childrens audiology and ENT. We arrived at 1015 am for a 1040 appt. There was no parking left except the top floor of the parking garage. We attempted to use the elevators which was a very long walk and the elevators never came. We were parked on the 5th deck and walked down all those flights of stairs. On the way back, we attempted using the elevators again, the doors never closed and no one was around so we assumed it was broken and why they didn't work earlier. Again, we walked across a busy parking garage to get to the staircase and went up 5 flights of stairs. The next day my knees were swollen and my calves over exerted and swollen hard.
