Dell Children's Medical Center North Campus

Last Saturday, we had to come to the ER, and everyone—from the front desk through the entire experience—was excellent. My child had previously undergone an MRI and a Cat scan in the past (which was not the best past experience) and ended up needing another Cat scan during this visit. The Cat scan technician was amazing—she was funny, caring, and truly made the experience exceptional. I highly recommend this hospital.

From the ER to being admitted to the hospital, the staff was tremendous. I’ve was very pleasantly surprised as I have not had great experiences at hospitals, but my son was given the best care from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Truly a huge thank you to everyone who cared for our boy and a special shout out to nurse Christie who went above and beyond!

One of my biggest fears since finding out I was pregnant is having to admit my son at a hospital for an illness. Last night that fear became reality. However, I'm so grateful that Dell's Children's north campus was where it would be. Not only did we get seen immediately, but the ultrasound tech found something that we had no idea was going on with our toddler. (THANK YOU SO MUCH, I'm sorry I didnt remember your name in all the worry.) After some repeat scans and various medical personnel coming by to inform us about the situation they had to place him an IV catheter. They only had to poke him once and then we were sent upstairs to wait for the next scan and possible surgery. We're very fortunate that his body worked itself from a bad situation to better and we were released after 22 hours

From the moment we entered the door of the ER waiting room, we were greeted with kind, happy, and helpful people. On a Wednesday morning at 10a, we were the only ones in the waiting room, so we were called back immediately, where we met even more kind, happy, and smiling faces. These nurses seemed to genuinely enjoy working there, which says a lot about a place of business (Full disclosure: I work for a different Ascension hospital, and I can attest to enjoying working for this company). All of our needs were tended to and met in a timely manner. Attention to detail was there and my little one was made to feel comfortable as much as possible. The anesthesia team working with my daughter was absolutely phenomenal! She was comfortable, cared for, and everyone was so accommodating. A very warm and welcoming environment. Attentive staff all around, a genuine pleasure and such a huge stress relief for her surgery. I sent her back knowing she would be taken care of, and that made my momma heart so happy! Thank you team!!!
