Dell Children's Medical Center - Marnie Paul Specialty Care Center

So I've been to the doctor like 1 million times for myself for my kids for my grandkids and I was with my teenage daughter today and we had to wait a long time and she was getting really irritated and the nurse finally came in and asked some questions and when she was leaving she said that the doctor would be in shortly and my granddaughter was like you aren't the doctor!? And she's said no . And my grandaughter had this awful look on her face and probably rolled her eyes which is pretty normal for a 16-year-old. Anyway I didn't think anything of it and then we had to wait even longer and somebody else came in that I thought was the doctor but I guess it was the doctors assistant and checked her out and then said that we were rude to the nurse. This facility honestly deserves more stars but I am leaving 3 because the receptionist is rude, unhelpful, and lacked customer service. The nurses we amazing, friendly, helpful, time efficient and even brought my little one crayons and coloring pages. Great experience besides check-in.

They are horrible especially the Audiology department. No communication they are about money and can careless with helping patients
