I can't believe how horrible this place is. The way they treat kids is insane. My son desperately needs therapy, and I came in specifically to request a letter of medical necessity—a simple note from a doctor or PA stating that he needs it. But the provider didn't even take the time to hear me out. She just walked out of the room and told me I could make an appointment for February. I explained that I don't have that kind of time—my son will lose access to therapy without it—and she didn't care at all. She didn't even think twice. To make matters worse, I had taken off work, checked with my insurance beforehand, and they said it could be done at a regular visit. Even the front desk confirmed the same thing. We have been here multiple times and each time the staff is pleasant and helpful. Dr. Joseph-Clark is great. The well waiting room is always clean and it is very welcoming to children. They do require masks to help prevent the spread of Covid and they are wheelchair accessible. I highly recommend this facility for your children. We love it here!

If I could give them zero stars I would. The fact that they will let you sit 4plus hours with no updates, no sorry for the wait nothing is so unprofessional. They always have a attitude, especially the older women at the front. I don't understand why book so may appointment knowing you can't see everyone in a timely manner. Then when lunch is almost here now yall wanna rush through the appointments. Completely unprofessional. I been dealing with this for years. I even switched my son's doctors office and now we still have to come back here for his ADHD appointments.

This place is HORRIBLE! They have new staff and only one doctor now and the communication is POOR! I scheduled an appointment and it was cancelled due to the doctor having a half day, even though my children appointments were booked for 9:45am. There was no call, email or text to notify me before arrival. Once we arrived I was told my appointment was rescheduled. They did this 2 more times canceling my children appointments before notifying me only to book the next appointment a MONTH AWAY! Please take your children elsewhere because they are beyond unprofessional and will waste your time. Some Parents are having to take off work to attend a doctor visit and for them to cancel without 24r notice is just ghetto and inconsiderate!
