Deborah Liptzin, MD - Pediatric Pulmonology

What an incredible doctor. Dr. Liptzin took the time to get to know my child, their history and illness, and was very honest about prognosis. While being very honest, she also focuses on the positive, and is very well connected with the broader pulmonary & related medical world, which is a HUGE benefit to the Missoula community. While you don't have many options, since there are only 2 pediatric pulmonologists in the state, Dr. Liptzin would be my top choice even if there were a million options. She understands kids, and even prescribes medication using practical parameters (i.e. an inhaler that's only required once per day instead of 2x because it's less burdensome and patients are less likely to skip doses).
