My family, excluding myself (I have my reasons) have been coming here for years including my daughter who has severe ADHD. She is currently out of her medication and they will not call her in a refill even though she has a med check appointment coming up in a little over a week. They state it’s because it’s a controlled substance. I myself am on the same medication and anytime I’ve ran out before a med check, my doctor has always called me in a refill to get me through until my appointment. I could understand if she ran out before she was supposed to, and they thought she was abusing it but she doesn’t take it unless she really needs it and sometimes she only takes 1/2 a dose. What is with this place? Had a new patient appointment for my son last week, waited almost an hour and a half in the patient room for no one to come and see us or talk to us so we left and rescheduled for today. His appointment was 1:30, it’s currently 2:35 and still haven’t been seen in the room. This is insane, and it’s not even crowded. Regretting coming here.

Used to be great, but lately you can't get through by phone. When I had an EKG done for a specialist, they refused to let me see it and after a month my specialist STILL has not seen it. I have called multiple times.

At times the people were very friendly, now they are more rude, hateful, and couldn't care less if you or your family are sick. We love our doctor but making the appointment or going up there to get a doctor's note be prepared for a nasty attitude

Absolutely the best. My children and I have been going since they were born. Dr Howard delivered me 35 years ago and Erin is so understanding and down to earth. They are the BEST!!
