Been going to Dr. Hobbs since I was about 4. I absolutely love him & his receptionist. They always make us feel right at home! Also very good at working with scheduling for the kids appointments.
Dr. Hobbs is the best!! You won't find a more compassionate, caring eye doctor. All my family has been seen for years. No complaints, great customer service and care.
The receptionist is the most rudest person that you can speak to husband's been waiting for his glasses over 5 months and no phone calls. The lady they have there at the front desk is the most rudest person need some training on some customer service.. This place I will never step back in to.
Best contact fitting Ihave had in years..& they are so nice & friendly.Karen is wonderful as well as Dr Hobbs.
