If I could zero stars I would. Rude front staff, especially the lady who charges, arrogant older lady, and the young one doesn’t know anything just talks about you with the other lady. No complaints on the nurse and the one who gives you the appts. I’m never going back there again. The front staff talks about their patients and I brought it to their attention. They didn’t like that we questioned why they charged me when my deductible was met. Dr. Holck seemed to get upset because I didn’t want to do Tepezza infusions. I could barely ask questions because you are cut off. It’s a 2 - 3 minute consultation, pictures, tells me I have a thyroid stare (obviously why I’m there!) and leaves. Yikes!!! I am so glad I read the negative reviews here. I was referred to this Dr and now for sure, I will not be going there. Thank you everyone for your honest experiences and submitting your reviews. I will look somewhere else. I am so sorry that you all had such bad experiences at this office.

Worst office staff I have ever experienced in my 68 years. You can NOT get a person on the phone and if you leave a message they do NOT return calls. My Brother was scheduled to have his 3rd (yes they messed up his eye 2 x already) tomorrow. He had not heard anything. Called and after many attempts got a person on the phone. Found out they had NOT called in prescriptions he needs plus they tell him he is to be there at 9:30 instead of the 2 as scheduled. How do these people stay in business? Unbelievable! Had to postpone surgery because prescriptions were not in stock.

After my surgery, he told me to come every three months, takes pictures of my eye and leave. He spent 2 minutes, I don’t have any time to ask him even one question. I am not satisfied how he treats me after the surgery.

Please don’t let this guy do your eye surgery. Botched mine. He wouldn’t even come in to face me after the failure. Never received a follow up call. I was just told that it failed and he would have to re do it. Really? Like I would let him get anywhere near me again. He’s a cocky guy with zero skills. JUST DONT DO IT. Also, Teresa is the worse. Don’t trust a word out of her mouth. And she’s just nasty.
