Nicole is very thorough, When you are talking to her She really listens, you can tell by her expressions and copious amount of detailed note taking. Nicole is very knowledgeable and eager to make it her goal to make you well. I know it couldn’t have been easy stepping into a role of treating patients who were so loyal to Vera. Vera left big shoes to fill! Dr Ellis has been my primary doctor since the early 90’s or before. (and couldn’t be happier. I would see Vera time to time for convenience. When I needed to see Dr Ellis recently , I was told that He had no appointments available for four (4) months! Dr Edelen is honest, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He has helped me manage my diagnoses with kindness and caring. Also, the staff is friendly and professional and I would highly recommend this office.

Emily Hines was wonderful! She took time to listen to all of my concerns and gave me great professional advice and reassurance.

Always courtesy at the front desk. And at well visit, at the ready to renew prescriptions. Thankful for service received.

Very easy to obtain appointments. Dr Hines was particularly tentative and kind to my 81 year old mother. The staff are very helpful and always attentive to my mother's needs.
