I called to schedule an appointment because my braces broke. The girl on the phone asked which location I preferred, and I clearly said West Jordan. However, for some reason, she scheduled me at the Herriman location instead. Today, during a snowstorm, I paid for an Uber to go to the West Jordan office, only to find out they were closed. When I called to explain the situation, the staff member simply said, “Just come here.” I explained that I had already spent money on an Uber to come to the West Jordan location, but there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. She just said, “Well, it says in the message that it was Herriman. We can wait 10 minutes.” I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and empathy. I just started my orthodontic treatment one month ago, and

Dansie Orthodontics is fantastic! I highly recommend them to everyone. Dr. Dansie surprised us on our last visit with taking my daughters braces off almost 3 months early. He knows when to take the braces off, and doesn’t leave them on to make a couple extra dollars. Dr. Dansie is an excellent Doctor and really takes the time to get to know you.

Dr. Dansie and his staff are amazing! My daughter’s teeth look fantastic! In addition, they are so thoughtful. My daughter mentioned trying out for volleyball and they sent a handwritten card wishing her luck. I would absolutely recommend them!!

I had a small emergency with my braces on a Friday afternoon. My regular orthodontist was not able to help out, but the employees at Dansie let us come in to the office on a short notice and fixed the problem. Scharese helped me, and she was very organized and quick. I would definitely recommend them, as they are helpful and informative even if you are not one of their regular patients!
