Dr. Saenz and the office staff are EXTREMELY professional, polite, and respectful! I am terrified of getting any work done on my teeth, but Dr. Saenz was VERY PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, and REASSURING with what I needed done. I never felt rushed and any anxiety I did have, he was VERY patient and calming which helped me relax. He ACTUALLY listens to his patients!!!!! Michelle, their trusted dental hygienist, was BEYOND AMAZING!!! She KNOWS what she is doing!!! I’ve had other hygienist push, tug, and pull when cleaning, leaving me feeling bruised and bloodied-just for a cleaning!!! NOT Michelle-she knows what she is doing and even gave me GREAT advice on what type of floss to use AND HOW to use it for my slightly, compacted teeth!!!! I’ve NEVER had any hygienist do that!!! 100% recommend Dr. S

Came in after 17 yrs later and Dr Saenz is very considerate financially to my needs. He is trying to save my teeth and not pull them out.

I honestly am shocked at the reviews about dr. Saenz. I had such a horrible experience with him. No bedside manner. Didn’t tell me what he was going to do before he started shaving down my teeth. He was very cold and mean. I’ve been in pain and it’s been about 2 yrs now that I’ve been dealing with constant aching since I saw him. I tried to call today to get an antibiotic and they said I had to see him. I am literally scared to see him again. It’s been the most horrible experience

I had a great experience with Bianca at the front desk. She was responsive and professional. Dr. Saenz and Mary, his assistant were professional and also comforting as I had 3 fillings done. I was very appreciative of their concern for my comfort level during the procedure. Checkout was quick and smooth with Bianca and Michelle. I highly recommend and trust Dr. Saenz and his office for your dental care.

Yesterday, Michelle cleaned my teeth, and she did a wonderful job! When Michelle has finished, your teeth feel awesome! She takes care of areas no one else has ever done. She also educates me on products and the manner of care I need to be aware of for my teeth. She has a great personality, which makes me feel at ease. She has many years of experience with Dr. Saenz, 25 years, if I am not mistaken. She knows her craft. I also saw Dr. Roman for my check-up. He took care of a cavity for me last year. He is excellent at giving injections!! He is also very personable and caring. Dr. Saenz redid a bridge for me last year. It is a wonderful improvement. He is one of the 'old fashioned' dentists - He Cares!! You know you are in good hands. The staff: Pauline, Blanca, Bianca, Priscilla, and Alexis
