We filled out an online form about a month ago to have my son seen by Dr. Day. I never heard back. After a month, I reached out to the office by phone. They said that they do contract with my insurance. However, they said that the hearing screening I was seaking would cost almost $3,000. I requested an appointment with the doctor to be able to inquire if they thought we needed the screening but they didn't have much information, put me on hold, and told me I could pay roughly $300 for a telehealth visit. I asked if the insurance would cover the visit or if we could be seen in person. The answer was no. I will try to find another provider.

I had a work related head injury 1.5 years ago. Dr. Day is incredible! She was able to evaluate, diagnose and offer treatment options. So many other specialists offered bogus opinons or misdiagnosed my medical condition post injury. Her testing and ethics are impeccable. She treats you like a human being. I was hesitant to cash pay, but she was worth every penny and more. While I don't like my diagnosis, I am comforted to know what is happening inside my brain after so much misinformation by other Doctors. I have Acquired Central Auditory Processing Disorder (CAPD). She is one of the only specialists in Arizona that can provide proper testing, diagnosis and treatment. Highly recommend 100%.

Dr Day maybe a nice lady but her ABHA business didn't hit the mark when it came to fitting my hearing aid...after 4 years of trying and paying $3000 for a hearing aid, I finally got the correct fit elsewhere...I wrote Dr.Day about it with no response...sorry, can't recommend her
