Dallastown Medical Associates

Called this morning to set up a new pt appointment and was first told that an appointment would be available in Nov / Dec. I was then transferred to billing to verify insurance, the medical billing team member I spoke with was extremely friendly and nice. The issue was when I was transferred back to scheduling. The scheduler had an attitude as soon as she picked up the phone. I explained again that I was a new patient and wasnt sure which provider had the first available appt in Nov / Dec. She was more than irritated and the attitude only got worse from there. She again asked what provider, and rudely said they didt tell you a name before transferring you back? Then said you dont have friends, or family established here, and never been here before, correct? Before i could answer said only

This practice is wonderful! From the front desk staff, to the nursing assistants, to the doctors and CRNP. They are highly recommended!

I have been going to this practice for years. I was a patient of Dr. Jeffrey Rowand. My son saw Rebecca Robbins. Both were fantastic. We only left the practice about 5 years ago since they didn't take our new insurance. We were stuck with Wellspan & hated it. After being stuck with Wellspan & not being happy with our care or my childs care, our insurance changed again. Have been fortunate enough to be a patient here for a few years, and this practice and these docs are by far the best I have gone to. My initial priorities were finding a practice that was privately owned and had in-house labs. This one was has exceeded expectations in many ways!

These are doctors that care. I have been apart of WellSpan for many years. I have had my fair share of issues with WellSpan. Unfortunately they monopolize most of Pennsylvania, so they're aren't many family practices left. The doctors at Dallastown are very caring and good natured. I personally see Dr Rebecca Robins. I see several specialists at WellSpan and despite me trying to renew my prescription a week a head of time, it takes two weeks for WellSpan to get around to it. I personally do not have the time to wait for my migraine medicine. So Dr Robins renews my prescription so I don't suffer while WellSpan gets their act together.
