I took my bearded dragon here when he suddenly got sick, Dr. Feinsod was great and very knowledgeable, I appreciated that he explained everything very throughly. Unfortunately, my beardie did end up passing away a few months later, no fault to anyone, except the sickness he had. When he did pass, they coordinated everything for his cremation and staff was very respectful and compassionate. If you have a reptile or any other exotic animal, I’d highly recommend taking them here. Prices for care aren’t outrageous, either. If/when I get another beardie, I fully anticipate bringing them back here for an established vet.

Forever appreciative to Dr. Feinsod and his team. 5 years ago I stepped on my first ferret by accident and this vet was the ONLY vet in pa who cared and listened. The dr was the only vet confident in the surgery she required. And he fixed her up, her leg healed just like he said it would and her quality of life stayed the way it should have been. I live well over an hour and half from this vet, this is the only vet and doctor I will ever trust with my ferrets. No BS just honest, knowledgeable facts and advice. I find the price, very fair. Vets are expensive but with the actual amount of care you receive here, it’s worth every single penny. There is no doctor like Dr. Feinsod, thank you so much for your care and intellect.

I took my 9 week old chick here for a foot issue and I was able to get a new client appointment quickly. The doctor was professional and knowledgeable. The office staff was kind and helpful. I'm grateful to have found a provider who is able to care for my chickens.

I have been seeing this vet for about four years now, after trying two different exotic vets. When I first brought Michael, my iguana, to the clinic, he was a very sick and malnourished rescue, as seen in the first image. He was losing teeth and had a misaligned jaw amoung other issues. Naturally, I wanted his mouth checked, but the first vet I visited used a metal rod to force his mouth open, which caused even more bleeding. Needless to say, I didn’t return to that vet. I finally ended up here, and I have been incredibly pleased with the care Dr. Feinsod has provided for Michael. Unlike the first vet, he avoided using a metal rod to pry open Michael’s jaws when he was in such a fragile state. You can see from the other images how far Michael has come in four years! Dr. Feinsod has also

One of our Wyandotte hens, Gallina, developed a condition called bumblefoot. It is very painful, and consequently she didn’t want to use that foot. She had bumblefoot once before, and I was able to take care of it, but not this time. Finding a vet in the York or Lancaster County areas who treats chickens is very difficult, but eventually I found my way to Dr. Feinsod, whose practice is only a few miles from our home. He removed several hard kernels that form under the skin of the foot due to bumblefoot. Then, in order to keep it clean as it healed, he fashioned a little “sandal” for her out of neoprene and athletic tape, then prescribed an antibiotic and a painkiller. As soon as I saw the little “sandal”, I knew Dr. Feinsod is not your ordinary vet. He took great care of Gallina and was ge
