No idea where these bad reviews are coming from … I guess it’s the internet these days. But I’ve been a patient of Dr Hurley for 4+ years and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s very thorough, informative, and somehow always takes the time to answer all my questions yet is on time which surprised me because I know she’s as thoughtful with her other patients. Her assistant, Tye, is also amazing and gets back to you so quickly when you send a question in the app. If you need a good general physician in the Atlanta area, she’s it. It took me three other doctors in Atlanta before I found her and I’m sticking with her until she retires (hopefully a long time from now).

I have been seeing Dr. Hurley for the past 3-4 years and have never had a bad experience. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. She takes the time to do a full physical, which is weirdly hard to find these days. I have never had a problem getting an appointment when I need one and her mid-level staff are wonderful as well. The office is nice and the front desk employees are always kind and friendly. Highly recommend Dr. Hurley and her practice!

Vanessa called less than 19 hours prior to my scheduled appointment to reschedule me as I was a new client. There was no apology. I sat in silence as I was astounded…but complied. Moments later my phone rang. I thought maybe they were calling to say we will contact you if someone cancels…instead I was once again being rescheduled. Don’t bother seeking medical treatment here. This office staff will waste your time and do so with a lack of compassion. :-(

I'm writing this because I saw a very negative review for Dr. Hurley and I couldn't disagree more. Dr. Hurley is very professional and knowledgeable. She is also very thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. She has been my primary care physician for several years and I could not be happier with her. I highly recommend her!

Honestly, if I could give Dr. Hurley a 0 rating, I would. She is completely unprofessional. She is very knowledgeable, however not particularly informative. She lacks the basic respect and customer service for her patients. Based on my 2 years of being under her care, she has mis-prescribed me medication on multiple occasions and still fails to give me an explanation as to why. As a patient, I do feel as if it is her responsibility to keep her patients fully informed. I believe that as a physician, who is accountable for many lives she should at least be truthful at all times. Her level of professionalism has slowly declined in the last 2 years. She also fails to properly research and review her patient's past medical history. My experience with her discourages me from choosing any
