CVS

I don’t know who they have working in the pharmacy but it has got to be the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Even went back because I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought it was just a bad day. Same three people working the next time and the same trash service and not to mention they take days to fill a prescription the doctor told me would be ready in an hour. Definitely need to hire some better people with better attitudes. I will NEVER be using CVS pharmacy again.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! If I could put 0 stars in would. I pick up my husband's meds from here quite often, and they are NEVER ready even after he gets text alerts saying they are! I showed up today at 1:12pm to get his medication and they are closed for lunch.... 18 minutes earlier than their sign says they'll be closed. I really don't understand! They either need to retrain the staff they have or rehire new staff because at this point it's ridiculous!

They had five days to fill one script and couldn't manage it. I transferred it to another location. Never returned my voicemail either. I travel a lot for work but this has been the worst CVS I've ever had to deal with. I never even got to speak with a person despite trying.

My doctor told me they sent a prescription in at 7am. I called at 10am because it wasn’t showing on the app. They told me they never received it. I then call my doctor to ask for a paper copy of my prescription to have it filled. At 1pm CVS send me a text saying my prescription is ready. The same prescription that they said they never got. All this happened on a Friday before a holiday. Now I won’t be able to get my prescription filled till Tuesday because of their lying, lazy staff. I’m going to find a local pharmacy that cares about their clients, that aren’t lazy, and are better organized.

My prescription was filled incredibly fast and I was in and out!
