SouthStar Urgent Care - Zachary

Southstar Urgent Care in Zachary is truly my go to, and today’s visit just reaffirmed why. From the moment I walk in, the staff is always courteous, professional, and timely. I never feel rushed, and I always leave with a clear care plan and follow up, which gives me real peace of mind. I especially want to shout out Crystal… She is absolutely amazing. I saw her today along with the nurse practitioner, and they were both incredibly kind, gentle, and attentive. Crystal has such a calming presence and genuine care that makes a huge difference when you’re not feeling your best I consistently feel heard, cared for, and well taken care of here. I’m so grateful for this team and highly recommend Southstar Urgent Care to anyone looking for quality and compassionate care.

Really good experience! They were busy but the wait wasn't overly long and everyone was so professional and friendly! Dr. Dixon is so knowledgeable and patient, listened to me and got the "whole story" before making her recommendations, which were explained thoroughly. She's also very kind and personable. I'm feeling much better already! Definitely recommend 👌

The experience was GREAT, which was very important to me since I was not feeling well at all AND I had gone to another urgent care center and the person who answered the door whispered to me that they had taken their last patient for the day. It was 30 minutes before closing time and I WAS TURNED AWAY!! At SouthStar urgent care EVERYONE was VERY FRIENDLY, CONCERNED and VERY CARING!!! In the future, I will be sure to make SouthStar my FIRST choice for urgent care needs…

The nurse practitioner was all around top-tier. She was very thorough, supportive and engaging throughout the visit. I really appreciate the patience demonstrated during such a time consuming visit. Despite the demand of needing to see other patients, she made sure that appropriate time was given to address my medical concern. The support staff were great as well and they work really well together. Happy to have this experience although this wasn't part of my new year's plan. I'll definitely recommend such an amazing team. #sutured&set #twinbabies
