One star is for the prescriptions. Thank you. But I had to put up with a condescending, obnoxious attitude in more than one appointment to be able to get them. This Dr. had a problem with me the minute she saw me and she didn't try to hide it, but God is good and I have found another one who is an excellent trustworthy professional who truly wants to help her patients. I feel relieved I don't have to come back to this clinic anymore.

Dr. Leblanc is a wonderful caring doctor with a very patient, easy going personality. She always takes time to answer questions and her answers are not medical jargon, but in a way that's easily understood by everyone! Her Nurse Assistants are friendly, bright eyed, easy going professionals that make me feel at ease and comfortable every visit! This is what I call a win/win!

I was scheduled promptly, and the receptionist was very cordial and accommodating. Codie, the nurse was quick and efficient taking vitals. Dr. Record took her time to explain the procedures and tests and kept me informed on what to expect before, during and after the procedure. Very caring and compassionate Doctor and staff.

Dr. Record is a very warm and personal physician. She delivers excellent care. I appreciate her explanations of pertinent research and of treatments/ procedures she chooses. I appreciated the helpfulness of her assistants as well.

I feel blessed every time I walk into Lane Dermatology as I love all the girls who work there and I love Dr. Ashley Record and trust her more than I trust anyone else. I have seen her for many years now and she has always been kind and a great dermatologist. She always puts me at ease with just talking about little things while she is taking care of my problems, She is one of a kind who has sweet people trained in her office.
