Louisiana Dental Center - Zachary

Well, I walked in today with two boys 28 and 29 months old. Anyway, I thought this is gonna be a joke. How are they gonna do this because one of my grandsons Cameron I figured no way what he let these people do his teeth and Hudson is very insecure and I figured no way he’s gonna get in that chair. Well I was extremely wrong. These people were awesome used to dealing with kids. The patients of saints and both of their teeth were taken care of both of them in the chairs you know yes it was an awesome experience hats off to them

This was my first visit and from the minute I walked in the door I felt comfortable and welcomed. Sweetest check in and check out staff! I saw Dr. William Chakar and Amanda. They were AWESOME! This will be my new dentist office for sure!

The staff was very kind; however, I had to wait 40 minutes before being called to the back. I went for a consultation for a tooth removal and never spoke to or saw the oral surgeon once. I understand it gets busy but I just wish I had a better experience and got to actually meet the person who would be doing my surgery at the bare minimum.

So here’s my story, I walked in no appointment on a Saturday because my tooth pain had gotten severe. Dr.Chakar saw me within 10 min of me arriving and signing in. He was able to fix my problem in about 20 min. Now I have no pain. He is truly an expert! My broken up tooth came out in one peice because of his skills. His dental assistant Miss Drel was so kind and made my entire experience pleasant. I do not usally like the dentist but this one was different. I am switching my family over to the Louisiana dental center now. I would definitely recommend. 5/5 stars

My first encounter was by phone. I was shocked to learn there were in-network dentists approved by my insurance plan and doubly shocked to be offered a next day appointment! What?! My drive to the facility was very pleasant with very little traffic. Parking was not an issue. The grounds were quite lovely and building spotless, designed with the customer in mind. The professional and clerical staff were warm, courteous and addressed all concerns with knowledge and patience. Being able to see my treatment plan with anticipated costs beforehand relieved all anxiety. Overall, my first encounter with Zachary Dental Associates was a most welcome experience. I would highly recommend this wonderful group of skilled professionals!
