Usually the visits to this store are good with no issues. Today on the other hand, the store seemed off. I noticed numerous shelves low or empty of various items. Then when I went to checkout, the cashier was not attentive or helpful whatsoever. Had to be asked for help to checkout and was not friendly at all! She appeared annoyed and then left me to grab my own receipt as she went and helped someone else. Did not appreciate the attitude!

I switched to this pharmacy about a year ago. It is the "preferred pharmacy" for my health insurance. It has been a complete nightmare. The pharmacy never returns messages. I call and leave a clear voicemail with the required information requested on their recorded statement to never getting a call back. I use the app and send a requests or messages. I get an automated text notifying me that they received my request. Later, I get a notification that my request has been successfully completed. No phone call, no text, or email. Now, I can understand if it happened due to an error or oversight. I mean we are human and we make mistakes, but this is every single time. Excellent incentives to save through App. Pharmacy staff are helpful and kind. Damon has gone over and above to help get the best prescription prices for all my family. Front staff are so friendly and always greet you as you enter the store. Often ask if you need help finding something.

My pain meds ran out and the pharmacist won’t listen to Dr.s orders to refill them and now for 2days I’m in pain without pain meds I just had surgery and need them I rate their service as zero

Do not ever use this pharmacy. Especially if you need prescriptions to keep you alive. They had 2 prescriptions of life saving blood thinners for my wife for over a week and had still not filled it when she called today @ 10:00, 10:30, 10:45, and 11AM and getting hung up on after 15 minutes of being on hold each time until the last one when she finally got someone to pick up and answer after another 30 minutes of being on hold. At that point, they told her that they would have them filled in 20 minutes. I went to pick them up at 3PM and the drive through was closed. I went inside to find a long line of more than 10 people waiting to get their prescriptions. I finally get up to the counter and was told that they were not ready. I told them that we were promised that they would be ready in 2
