CVS Pharmacy

Just stopped in to pick up a couple prescriptions from the Woodinville location. The woman working was completely rude. Before I could even talk she let me know they had nothing ready for me and couldn’t have them ready until this evening. It was 9am and an emergency situation. I will never go back and be treated that way.

Well the other reviews are true. The phone menu is laughable at best and they have a 85-100% hit ratio for not getting your prescriptions refilled the first time, every time. Another example of the cost reflecting the service. Pay more somewhere else and avoid like the plague. Life is too short to put up with this crap. Edit: I received better service on my last visit! I wish I had got the lady's name so I could include it here. She returned my call and understood where the problem was and took steps to prevent it in future visits. Hey its progress! Rating changed from 1 to 3 stars. Let's see what next month brings!

They told My Husband for clonazepam, which will put me in withdrawals. I have three pills left and there’s no way My Doctor would’ve refused it or taking me off it. I’ve been on it for a while and that’s the medication. You cannot just stop taking. They said it was good, but I didn’t have to worry about it. They lied. I have a neurological disorder which is affected stress. Anxiety can make me completely lose conscious the phone number it’s not even laughable it’s annoying and there was one guy that was working the computer. He was an older gentleman yes and I’m sorry if I did say something OK I have two variations of PTSD and that guy literally reminded me of my grandfather that used to beat me so yeah I’m sorry that my PTSD kind of get triggered but this is getting ridiculous. This pharmacy seems to be consistently understaffed. Or possibly just poorly staffed. Some of the folks I've talked to are very helpful, but many are curt and unhelpful, and it's nearly impossible to get through to them by phone. I've been getting a prescription filled here for a few years because the location is convenient, but the service has declined considerably. I'll be transferring it back to a different pharmacy soon.

I had an unacceptable experience at this CVS pharmacy. While checking out and paying for my medication, I informed the staff member that I had an additional question regarding a different prescription and an insurance prior authorization. Instead of assisting or directing me appropriately, she stated she could not help and pointed me to another employee. When I asked the second employee my question, she responded in a dismissive and inappropriate manner. She told me that I shouldn’t be asking questions because it slows down their workflow and emphasized that they are short-staffed. This interaction was unprofessional and left me feeling shamed for attempting to obtain necessary information about my own care. Being short-staffed does not justify discouraging patients from asking questions
