CVS Pharmacy

My family and I have been using this pharmacy location for years for medication pick-ups and vaccinations without any significant troubles, but I had an experience here the other day that was completely unacceptable. I had two medications on file, one of which that is largely safe and has been used to treat patients for years, but is unfortunately connected to some cultural controversy at the moment (testosterone therapy as a female). When I was checking out the other medication, the pharmacist helping me and the apparent manager of this location, Nick, told me that he/the location would not be filling my other prescription. We had an extremely unacceptable experience at this pharmacy today when we arrived for a flu shot. The pharmacist, Nick, demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service. From the moment he started to interact with us, his behavior was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. He shouted across the room asking for my daughter’s personal information, which was both inappropriate and a clear violation of privacy expectations. He then instructed me to sign paperwork without offering any explanation of what I was signing. He repeatedly asked for my daughter’s birthdate, despite having already been told multiple times. I had a good experience at this pharmacy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they assisted me quickly with what I needed. The store was clean, organized, and had a solid selection of health and everyday products. I’d definitely come back again.

I am highly frustrated with the pharmacy and their unorganized bookkeeping. I came in for a flu shot 09/10/2025 Two months later and I still have no updated records in my CVS app. I called and was told I can come in to get my record printed out, because I need it for my employment to be continued with my company. When I went in I was made out to be a liar. The technicians working both said they can see my vaccine on “hold” but that I wasn’t injected. Keeping my composure was very difficult. I explained to them that the man who administered the vaccine asked me, “This won’t be covered by insurance, are you okay with that?” I replied, “Yes, that’s okay. Two employees sat in the back and made eye contact but didn't acknowledge me. I waited 10 min for one person helping 3 different people to be available. The employee checking me out then had to take a moment to help someone else in between scanning each prescription in, which made the whole process take longer.
