CVS Pharmacy

We recently moved to the Brandywine area, so far this CVS is on point. The pharmacy is knowledgeable. We have no complaints so far. The pharmacist was very patient and suggested my family of 4 get all vaccines needed. She put the orders in while we were there and now we are all up to date. This CVS is so much better than the one in WhitePlains .

It is easy to book an appointment for vaccination through the CVS app. CVS sends a text link to check in once arriving the store, and once checked in, it says to stay close to the Pharmacy until a staff calls our name. We did all that and it had already past 30 minutes and no one had called us yet. Had my husband not approached the desk 30 minutes later, we still would have been waiting for nothing and no one would have called our name. It is annoying that CVS did not follow our scheduled time of appointment.

The phone service for this store sucks. I called two days in a row trying to check on a prescription. I waited each time 45 minutes or more no one ever came to the phone. I was offered an opportunity to call me back. No one ever called me back right now. I am trying to get on the phone to find out if I can pick up my prescription or send someone for it I’m still getting no answer. This is a routine thing with this pharmacy.

Employees are so nice. It is just so frustrating that even candy is locked up, and the employee has to hold it at the counter while you keep shopping. So sad.
