CVS Pharmacy

The pharmacists are very nice. It's almost as though they care. Imagine that, going to the pharmacy and getting good service. I have had my share of pharmacys in my life. I have yet to experience this type of care at most other pharmacies. I have been using CVS for more than a decade. Like I said, I have strayed in the past, but I always find my way back to CVS. I have been going to this CVS store for beauty supplies and have been very happy with this store. I had a prescription sent to them on a Sunday very recently and it was ready shortly after we got there. I have taken a neighbor there and she continued with scripts she had from CVS in Florida until she returned home and has new doctors too. They let me pick up her scripts for her also . I saw some negative reviews on google and wanted to add a much deserved positive one that I think they deserve. reviews and

I’ve called this pharmacy multiple times and no one answers. I even called again and was given the option to be transferred to the front desk they answered immediately and transferred me to the pharmacy, where once again no one picked up and the call was eventually dropped. When I finally came in person to handle the issue myself, the store wasn’t even busy. On top of that, they hang up on you while you’re being transferred, which is beyond frustrating. Poor customer service poor pharmacy employees.

Great experience at CVS in Selden. We were there to pick up insulin which they didn't have. The young man found the closest store that had it and transferred the prescription. Thank you!

I was in the drop-off line today around 5 PM (11/10/2025), — one of your employee lady — was on a phone call for about 15 minutes, telling stories and laughing while customers stood waiting. This kind of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable and shows zero respect for customers. If this is the level of service you provide, you’re going to keep losing customers — thanks for nothing.
